Hi, I’m Kristen! I’m a rising sophomore at UCLA studying Environmental Science and minoring in Public Affairs and Food Studies. Food is the molecular makeup of humans and the way we put food on our plates can critically curb climate change. I am driven to connecting people to the food we eat by bringing transparency to the industrial agriculture system, while applauding those who practice regenerative agriculture! Outside of reading research papers for fun and talking to the farmers at my local farmers market, you can find me running half marathons around San Francisco, biking to the Marin Headlands, and staying up late playing Settlers of Catan with my family.
